QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Kingwas has a Quality Management System (QMS) that ensures every aspect of our business complies with quality, occupational health and safety, hygiene and environmental requirements. Our QMS forms the basis of our corporate governance. We used the similarities between all the individual management systems (quality, hygiene, etc.) to integrate them into one process-oriented system that makes us leaner and more efficient. The QMS also helps us to drive improvements across several areas at the same time.

Quality Policy

Quality is a Top Priority, as defined in our company’s Business Values states “Commit to zero customer defined defects in products and services for internal and external customers from start to finish.”We are a certified supplier to many world class manufacturing companies in quality intensive markets such as automotive, electronics, food packaging and many other industries. And in addition to being a lean manufacturing facility, we are ISO 9001:2008 certified, while adhering to the ISO 14001 requirements, as well as any other customer-specific requirements.

Quality System

Our QC department is composed of 8 professional technicians and a big team of numerous inspectors. They test and inspect every production process. By advanced printing facilities and skilled experienced QC staffs strictly following inspection procedures, we make sure that our finished products could meet our customers’ standards before delivery. With rich experiences of exporting to USA, Canada, Russia, France, Germany, Denmark, Chile, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand etc. for years, we built up our own complete quality control system and clear understanding on quality requests from customers all over the world.
